Brief Narrative: On 12/17/2024 the victim reported that he has sent African Royal Travel & Cargo, LLC $15,150.00 to transport vehicles to South Sudan Africa. The victim has requested his money back and the representative of the company is no longer returning calls or correspondence. Case is under investigation.
