Location of Incident: 1720 Ada St; Apt 6b
Brief Narrative: Victim reported someone broke into his storage unit and stole items. Case is open. 7/13/25 – After conducting a search warrant Michael Ortiz Corpeno was arrested for Burglary and Jeanell Peace were arrested for Burglary and Possession of Burglar Tools.

Brief Narrative: Officers conducted a traffic stop within City Limits and the vehicle fled to avoid an arrest. July 17, 2025 -- Ariel A Benitez was contacted at 2130 Diers Ave N; Goodwill, reference a Traffic
Offense. Ariel was subsequently placed under arrest for Operate Motor Vehicle/Avoid Arrest, Willful
Reckless Driving- 1st Offense and Improper Turn.

Offender: 14 yr old male
Date and Time of Incident: 7/17//25 @ 21:17
Location of Incident: 2004 N Wheeler Ave; Apt 5D
Brief Narrative: On 07/17/2025 at approximately 2118 hours, Officers responded to 2004 N Wheeler AVE APT 5D regarding a structure fire. After Officers investigated the scene it was found that a juvenile male started the fire. The juvenile male was taken into custody for Arson first degree.

Brief Narrative: Officers responded to 111 Public Safety Dr; LEC for a juvenile problem. It was determined a minor was enticed by electronic device within the city limits of Grand Island. Case is open.
