Offense: Domestic Assault
Victim: 43 yr old female Incident #: L25070943
Offender: Clinton McCoy
Date and Time of Incident: 7/10/25 3:04 pm
Location of Incident: 227 S Vine Street
Brief Narrative: On 7/10/2025, officers responded to 227 S Vine St. reference a domestic disturbance. Upon officer's arrival, the female victim advised that her boyfriend, identified as Clinton McCoy physically assaulted her causing bodily injury. A records check showed McCoy to have 1 prior domestic assault conviction. McCoy was taken into custody and transported to the Hall County Jail.
