Former Bellevue Officer Arrested in Child Sexual Abuse Material Investigation

November 7, 2025 (Bellevue, Neb.) — Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol have arrested a former Bellevue Police Department officer as part of a child enticement investigation.
The investigation began in July, when the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office requested NSP investigate a report regarding a Bellevue officer, identified as Ryan Agustin. During the investigation, the Nebraska State Patrol found Agustin to be in possession of manufactured child sexual abuse material.
Friday afternoon, NSP arrested Agustin, 38, of Bellevue, for manufacturing child sexual abuse material. He was lodged in Sarpy County Jail. The investigation remains ongoing.
