Aurora BB Takes Two at Schuyler

The Aurora basketball teams took care of business against a couple of winless teams on Friday.

The girls defeated Schuyler 62-15. Aurora jumped to a 17-1 lead and held the Warriors to 11 percent  shooting in the game. Paisley Bartek came off the bench to lead the Huskies with 10. 

The Aurora boys scored the first 18 in a 61-15 victory over Schuyler. Most of the starters only played a half as there was a continuous running clock after the intermission. Ryan Staehr scored 14. Brooks Handrup added 12, all in the first half.

Aurora visits Hastings Tuesday, 5:45 on 97.3 the Wolf.
