Winter Weather Advisory Expanded

Key Message #1:
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 3 PM this afternoon for Valley, Greeley, Nance, Sherman and Howard counties and has been expanded to include Dawson, Buffalo, Hall and Merrick counties.
Key Message #2:
Today will NOT be as windy as our last storm, but still windy enough to cause at least minor reduced visibility/blowing/drifting (Northerly wind gusts mainly 25-35 MPH).
Key Message #3:
Accumulating snow (the wet/slushy type) arrives early this morning, starting before sunrise in counties mainly north/west of the Tri Cities, then spreading farther south and east with time during the day before ending around Noon. This is not a "major storm", but 1-4" snow is likely, especially within counties north of I-80.
