Wildcat Track and Field teams sprint to first place at Gibbon Invite.

Rain and Wind were no issues for the St. Paul Boys and Girls Track teams today at the Gibbon Invite as both teams take first place. The Boys beat out 2nd place Kenesaw by 33 points with a team score of 120-87 while the Girls held of Pleasanton by a score of 145-127.
In Track events the Boys finished no worse than 5th place claiming 3 Races
800m - Freshman Eli Sladek 2:06.76
1600m - Sophomore Rylan Rasmussen 4:52.32
4x400 Relay - Seniors Gage Sack, Cody Kuszak, Joel Shafter and Freshman Eli Sladek 3:35.41
In the Field Events the Cats had at least a top 10 finish in all events while claiming Gold and Silver in the Long Jump
Long Jump - Senior Gage Sack 19'10", Sophomore Conner Douthit 19' 7"
For the Girls, they dominated the track side of competition, with a top 5 finish in every race claiming gold in 9 Races.
