Kearney Temporary Trail Closure

The City of Kearney Parks Department would like to inform the public the hike-bike trail from the Rolling Hills Bridge to Cottonmill Park will be closed to allow for repairs to be made to the Kearney Canal. The work will begin Monday, November 11, 2024, and the trail will reopen on or before Friday, November 15, 2024, weather permitting.

Citizens are asked to avoid the area of construction, utilize an alternate route and obey all traffic control devices related to the trail closure.
