Huskies Have Happy Opener

Aurora pounded out 15 hits in a 12-2 6-inning win over Lexington. Adi Farhnbruch hit the first pitch of the season out of the park for her first career home run. Hannah Janda was 3-4 with an RBI and run scored. Londyn Teahon went 3-4, doubled twice and knocked in three. Kennedy Kleinschmidt was 2-4 with a double, an RBI and three runs scored. Ashlyn Kottwitz went 2-4 doubled, knocked in one and scored one. Farhnbruch also had two hits.

In the center circle, Zoe Johnson pitched three innings of one-hit ball. Josie Fink worked the final three innings.
