Hamilton County Pedestrian Fatality

PHILLIPS - At 6:51 AM on Feb. 10, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a vehicle and pedestrian crash north of the Phillips Spur and Highway 34.
Preliminary investigation found that Ayden Javarone, 21, was struck in the roadway by a Dodge Durango driven by Isidro Esquivel of Phillips.
The Phillips Fire Department and Aurora Ambulance responded to the scene and transported Javarone
to Grand Island Regional Hospital. He was then transported to St. Francis Hospital in Grand Island, where he was pronounced deceased.
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office expresses our condolences to Mr. Javarone’s family. The investigation into the circumstances of this incident remain under investigation.
