Offense: Protection Order Violation
Victim: 45 yr old female Incident #: L25011143
Offender: Jesse Baxter

Location of Incident: 1612 Zola Ct
Brief Narrative: On 01/14/2025, Officers responded to 1612 Zola Ct in reference to a protection order violation. Contact was made with the petitioner who advised that an Ex-Parte Domestic Abuse Protection Order was served to the respondent identified as Jesse Baxter by a Hall County Sheriff Deputy. Following the departure of the Deputy, it was reported that Jesse Baxter messaged the petitioner through phone asking for his wallet. The protection order prohibited Jesse from telephoning, contacting, or otherwise communicating with the petitioner. Officers were shown messages between Jesse and Petitioner with the messages being sent at 20:03. Officers contacted Jesse through phone and advised him that he was in violation of the protection order. Jesse admitted to messaging the petitioner and relocated back to the Grand Island Police Department where he was subsequently placed under arrest. A criminal history records check was conducted which showed a previous protection order violation conviction. Jesse was arrested for Violate Protection Order/Prior P.O. Conviction.
Offense: Terroristic Threats
Victim: Grand Island Public Schools Incident #: L25011147
Offender: 17 yr old male
Date and Time of Incident: between 1/14/25 & 1/15/25
Location of Incident: 103 Redwood Rd
Brief Narrative: A juvenile male sent a message to a friend on a social media platform stating that he wanted to shoot up the school. The male was contacted and admitted to sending the message to a friend as a joke. The juvenile was transported to the Grand Island Police Department where juvenile probation was contacted and conducted an intake assessment. The male was cited for Terroristic Threats and release to his parents.
Offense: Sexual Assault of a Child
Victim: 14 yr old female Incident #: L25011160

Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: On 01/15/2025 at approximately 0128 hours, officers responded to a sexual assault of a juvenile female. Victim reported that she was sexually assaulted by an adult male. Case is still under investigation.
Offense: Domestic Assault
Victim: 20 yr old female Incident #: L25011098
Date and Time of Incident: 1/14/25 @ 10:00
Location of Incident: 415 S Cherry St; F32
Brief Narrative: On 01-14-2025 at approximately 10:38 hours a domestic assault call was dispatched to 415 S Cherry St. F32. The pregnant victim who is excepting the suspect’s child reports he had pulled her hair and dragged her into the kitchen after a verbal argument. This caused the victim pain. The suspect then pinned the victim against the refrigerator by her throat and did not allow her to breathe freely. The victim had red marks on her throat. The suspect fled the area prior to police contact. Case is open.

Location of Incident: US Hwy 281 & Stolley Park Rd
Brief Narrative: On 01/14/2025, a female reported being rear ended on Hwy 281 north of W Stolley Park Rd by a silver SUV at 18:03 hours. Immediately following the collision, the SUV drove around the vehicle, failed to furnish information, and was later located disabled near Bosselman Truck Stop. Both vehicles were towed due to damages. Case is open.
