Brief Narrative: Officers contacted Mario Chavez Green at 824 E 9th St and arrested him on an active Hall County arrest warrant. During a search incident to arrest, a glass meth pipe and a baggie with a small amount of white crystal-like substance consistent with meth was found in his right pants pocket. The substance field tested positive for meth. Mario Chavez Green was arrested for Possession Controlled Substance, Possession Drug Paraphernalia, and Hall County Arrest Warrant.

Date and Time of Incident: 4/27/11 & 4/27/22
Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: It was reported by 15 year old male that he was "raped" by his father and his two brothers from age 2 to age 12. Case is under investigation.

Offense: Identity Theft
Victim: 31 yr old male Incident #: L25010244
Date and Time of Incident: between 12/1/24 & 1/3/25
Location of Incident: 102 E 21st St
Brief Narrative: On 01/03/2025, a male reported to Police, that an account with Citi bank was created using his name and other sensitive information. It was reported that $6533.58 were charged to the created account. It was reported that Citi bank flagged the account and froze the account. The reporting party suffered no monetary loss.
