Offense: Domestic Assault
Victim: 51 year old male Incident #: L24041966
Offender: Krista Shultz
Date and Time of Incident: 4/23/24 @ 19:05
Location of Incident: 222 Bellwood Dr; Apt 29
Brief Narrative: On 04/23/2024 at 1905 hrs Officers were dispatched to 2222 Bellwood Apt 29 in reference to a physical disturbance call for service. Victim reported that he was struck multiple times by Krista Shultz. The victim was observed to have sustained injuries from the assault. He and Krista are married and have a kid in common together. It was reported that the child was also present during the assault. Krista was arrested and transported to Hall County Corrections. A records check would be conducted through GIEC for prior domestic assault for Krista. It was discovered that Krista had one prior domestic assault. Krista was arrested for DV Assault-3rd/Cause Bodily Injury/Sub and Negligent Child Abuse.

Offender: Shane Maulbach

Location of Incident: 316 W 14th St
Brief Narrative: On 04-23-2024 at approximately 2137 hours, officers responded to a call of a suspicious male with no shirt knocking on doors. Officers located a male at 15th and Cedar matching the description. Male would advise he had a Hall County Warrant. Male would be identified as Shane Maulbach and after a records check it would show he had an active Hall County Warrant. At the jail, Shane would take off his shoe and part of his sock to have us throw it away. Officer would see a plastic bag sticking out with a white crystal like substance. The crystal like substance would test positive for methamphetamine weight of 1 gram. Shane Maulbach was arrested for the Hall County Warrant and Possession of Controlled Substance.

Offender: Sierra Lovejoy
Date and Time of Incident: 4/23/24 @ 14:01
Location of Incident: 515 W 2nd St
Brief Narrative: Officers were located at 515 2nd St W reference a follow up interview of Sierra Lovejoy. Sierra Lovejoy would be arrested on related charges (L24040694). While conducting a search incident to arrest, a syringe containing methamphetamine was located in a backpack that was worn by Sierra. Sierra stated the bag was not her bag, but would admit to some of her personal property being in the bag. A receipt with Sierra's name was located in the same pocket and touching the syringe of methamphetamine. Sierra was found to knowingly and intentionally be in possession of a controlled substance. A plastic baggie containing methamphetamine residue was located in her pocket. Sierra was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
