Offense: Fraud
Victim: Trius Credit Union Incident #: L24111736
Offender: Rhonda Fishell

Location of Incident: 939 S Locust St
Brief Narrative: On 11-21-24 Officers responded to 939 S Locust St, Trius Credit Union, for a possible Fraud. Officers contacted employees who had concerns a woman was providing them with false personal information and trying to obtain a $40,000 loan. A female was contacted who identified herself to Law Enforcement with a Missouri driver’s license as someone ese. A record check of this name as well as the OLN would not be valid in Missouri. However, a person with the name and same DOB was located in Indiana; however this was not Rhonda Fishell. Fishell would also provide a Social Security Card with the name as the other person. During this investigation, the female would provide her real name as Rhonda Fishell. She would also provide numerous credit cards and debit cards with the name of the other person on them which she indicated were falsely obtained. Five different debit/credit cards were located with Rhonda, all containing other individuals’ information. Fishell would later be arrested for Possession of Forged Instrument x 2, (MO OLN and SSN), Criminal Attempt, Theft by Deception more than $5,000 ($40,000), Possession Of Financial Transaction Device
(5 credit cards) and Criminal Impersonation.

Victim: 16 yr old female, 9 yr old female Incident #: L24111776
Date and Time of Incident: 11/21/24 @ 15:00
Location of Incident: 314 Shady Bend Ln
Brief Narrative: On 11/21/24 Officers were dispatched to 2620 Faidley Ave (St Francis ER), in reference to citizen assist. Investigations provided that two juveniles consumed THC and were transported to St Francis ER. One juvenile was additionally transported to Omaha Children's Hospital for additional care. Case is open.

Brief Narrative: Victim reported an unknown person entered her unlocked residence and took medication from a container in the house.
