Person Involved: James Valentine, Grand Island

Brief Narrative: James Valentine was contacted and officers determined he had an active US Federal Warrant. A search warrant was executed at the residence. James was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine, a THC Vape Device and items of drug paraphernalia.

Brief Narrative: On 01/31/2026 at 0933 hrs., officers were dispatched to a residence on South Locust St for a reported theft call for service.

Brief Narrative: Female reports her ex-boyfriend came into her house uninvited and started yelling at her. He pushed her down and held her arms. She fought back, hitting him in the face and he then used his hands pressing down on her neck and restricted her breathing. The suspect was later arrested.
