Brief Narrative: On 09/27/24 Garrett Tadlock (19 year old male) initiated contact with who he believed to be a 13 year old female via social media. Garrett advised the 13 year old female that he wanted to meet on 09/27/24 and have sex. On 09/30/24 Garrett initiated contact with the same 13 year old female via social media. Garrett advised the juvenile female that he intended to pick her up in person and have sex with her in the back of his vehicle. Garrett arrived at the predetermined
location to pick up the 13 year old female and was subsequently arrested for Sexual Assault; Use of
Electronic Device X2 Counts and Enticement by Electronic Device.

Victim: 48 year old female, 31 year old male, 24 year old female, 23 year old male

Location of Incident: 3533 Prairieview St
Brief Narrative: On 10/02/2024, Officers responded to 3333 Ramada Rd; Boarders Inn and Suites. Officers contacted the male identified as James Brown. James began to threaten an Officer by saying he is affiliated with the "peckerwoods". James continued and said that he will put a hit on one of the Officers. James began to resist nursing staff. During this, James kicked an Officer in the shoulder causing pain. James also began to threat nursing staff. James will be referred to the County
Attorney’s Office for Terroristic threats x3 and Assault Officer/Health Care Prof-3rd degree.

Location of Incident: 1219 W 2nd St
Brief Narrative: A male reported that a known male chased him with a knife while yelling that he was going to kill him. Both parties were contacted during the investigation. Although it is believed a crime was committed, the victim refused to cooperate or pursue charges against the other male.
