 Brief Narrative: On 12/27/25 at 0118 Officer made contact with a 37 year old male who had driven to a Grand Island address. He was found to be impaired by alcohol. The male was placed under arrest and Cocaine was located inside his wallet. Possession of a Controlled Substance Cocaine (28-416(3) Class IV FO, No Valid Driver’s License (60-484 Class III MO.), DUI 1st (60-6,196(1)(A)A1 Refusal To Submit to Chemical Test (60-6,197 Class WMO.)

Brief Narrative: Officers responded to a Grand Island address in reference to a disturbance. Officers contacted two individuals who were identified and having a mutual assault. Both declined to press charges.

After speaking with both parties, neither party wanted to be a victim. Brief Narrative: On 12/28/25 officers made contact with a female, who was found to be trespassing in an unoccupied building. She was placed under arrest, however refused to comply with officers and kicked an officer. She was arrested for: Criminal Trespass 2nd degree (28-521(1) Class III MO.)  Brief Narrative: Officers responded to a Grand Island address for an assault. It was determined that a male struck the victim with a piece of wood that was broken off of an entertainment center. The victim had visible injuries but did not wish to pursue charges.
