 Brief Narrative: Offender was contacted after the vehicle he was operating was observed failing to signal prior to 100 ft, near the intersection of Old Lincoln Hwy and N Darr Ave. A strong odor of marijuana was detected emanating from his vehicle. During a search of his person, two THC vape pens were located. During a search of his vehicle, three additional THC vape pens were located.
