Brief Narrative: On 12/14/25 at 0051 officers made voluntarily contact with the suspect on West Capital Ave. During the contact a free air sniff was conducted. A search of the vehicle resulted in officers finding narcotics and paraphernalia. The female was placed under arrest for: Possession of a Controlled Substance (METH) (28-416 Class IV Felony), Possession of a Controlled Substance (MUSHROOMS) (28-416 IV Felony), Possession of marijuana less than an ounce 1st (28-416(13)(A) INF Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (28-441 Infraction)
