Offense: DUI-Drugs
Victim: Incident #: L25032895
Offender: David Jacobo
Date and Time of Incident: 3/28/25 @ 18:52
Location of Incident: E 5th St & N Kimball
Brief Narrative: On 03/28/2025, Officer observed and recognized David Jacobo driving westbound on 5th St. A records check revealed that David has a revoked driver’s license with one prior conviction. A traffic stop was conducted on 5th and Kimball St. David quickly exited the vehicle and upon contacting David, he admitted to being revoked. David had droopy red eyes and appeared to be drowsy. During SFST's David showed indicators of impairment. David provided a passing PBT sample. A DRE was requested and after additional testing was performed, the DRE advised David was impaired by a drug and is unable to operate a motor vehicle safely. A records check would reveal that David has three prior DUI convictions within the last 15 years. During the inventory of the vehicle, less than an ounce of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located. David was arrested DUI Drugs (4th), Drive during revocation (2nd), Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana less than 1 oz.

Location of Incident: 2004 N Wheeler, Apt 5A
Brief Narrative: On 03/29/2025, officers conducted a motorist assist near 12th and Eddy St where they were advised by a female driver that the male passenger needed medical attention due to his jaw being broken. It was advised the male victim was assaulted at 2004 N Wheeler St by a 16 year old male and received scratches and a black eye. The victim was then punched by a 15 year old male while actively fighting the 16 year old. The 15 year old punched the victim in the jaw, causing him to break his jaw.  While this fight took place a 17 year old male also fought the victim’s friend and caused him to have a laceration above his eye that required stitches. The 17 year old male did not receive any injuries during this fight.
Juvenile male (15 years old) was booked into a juvenile detention center for 1st degree assault.

Offense: Attempted Burglary

Brief Narrative: Postmaster reports an unknown person attempted to enter a secure area by breaking the locking mechanism on a door.

Victim: 23 yr old female Incident #: L25032965
Offender: Juan Pedro Gomez-Beltran
Date and Time of Incident: between 3/28/25 & 3/29/25
Location of Incident: 415 S Cherry St; Apt P3
Brief Narrative: Juan Pedro Gomez-Beltran was arrested after his live-in girlfriend reported being physically assaulted by him which caused her pain and that he damaged property belonging to her that she valued at over $5000.00. Juan was contacted while driving a motor vehicle and a record check had showed he does not possess a valid driver's license. Juan Pedro Gomez-Beltran was arrested for 1st Offense 3rd Degree Domestic Assault, No Operator's License and Criminal Mischief (+$5000.00).

Brief Narrative: A male reported his wife has sent over $20,000 to an Elon Musk impersonator over the last year. Case is open.

Location of Incident: 1912 W 1st St
Brief Narrative: On 03/31/2025 around 0338 hours Officers responded to 1912 W 1st St in reference to a disturbance. Through investigation Officers discovered a female residing at the residence had been assaulted by her intimate partner. Tyler J Chohon was arrested for DV Assault-3rd/Threat/Bodily Injury/Sub.
