Brief Narrative: On 05/07/2025, loss prevention reported a theft from Walmart North greater than $5,000. This case is currently under investigation. Ivan Maceo-Alvarez was arrested for Theft for Unlawful Taking - $5000 +

Brief Narrative: On 05/10/2025 around 0244 hours Officers responded to 2323 Bellwood Dr #63 in reference to a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later located and returned to the victim. Isaiah Demas was arrested for Theft Of Unlawful Taking $5,000+ and Obstructing Peace Officer.

Brief Narrative: On 05-10-2025 at approximately 0511 hours, officers located a vehicle in the alley way of Lincoln and 8th St involved in a vehicle theft. A male identified as Isaiah Demas from previous contact was located in the area. Officer made contact with the owner and advised that it was stolen. The owner advised the vehicle was worth $5000. The vehicle ignition was damaged to get the vehicle started. The estimated damage for the ignition is $500. Isaiah admitted to the theft of the vehicle. Isaiah Demas was arrested for Theft Unlawful Taking $5000+ and Criminal Mischief $0-500.

Brief Narrative: Mach Pathot was contacted as a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a tail light violation. Mach was found to have an active and confirmed arrest warrant out of Iowa. Mach was arrested and transported to the Hall County Department of Corrections for the Monoma Co. Iowa Warrant #03671 FECR017760 - Probation Violation.

Brief Narrative: On 5/9/2025 around 22:00 officers contacted a male identified as Eliazar Gonzalez Lopez at 2009 W 2nd St. Eliazar had an active Hall County warrant and was placed under arrest. Eliazar was searched incident to arrest and a bag of 4.8 grams of methamphetamine was located on Eliazar's person. Eliazar was booked into Hall County for the Warrant and Possession of Controlled Substance.

Brief Narrative: A welfare check was conducted on a juvenile female in regard to a bruise. The mother, Stephanie Gonzalez, had coached the juvenile to lie about the incident. Stephanie was placed under arrest for Commit Child Abuse Intentional/No Injury and Tampering Witness/Inform/Juror.

Brief Narrative: Unknown person’s entered victim's residence and took contents of prescribed medicine from its bottle and swapped it with over-the-counter medication.

Location of Incident: 1525 Kruse Ave
Brief Narrative: On 05/11/2025 at approximately 2213 hours, officer observed a blue Dodge charger traveling west on 15th to Broadwell Ave. The vehicle was dragging its front passenger tire that was locked up traveling in a reckless manner. The vehicle closely passed multiple parked vehicles and disregarded the stop sign at 15th and Broadwell losing the tire off the rim. The vehicle continued west on 16th street and hit a curb losing its bumper on 16th and Ruby. Officer observed the vehicle pull into the residence of 1525 Kruse Ave. Officer pulled into the driveway and activated the overhead lights to conduct a traffic stop. An adult male identified by his Nebraska ID card as Pedro Munoz opened the front driver door. Officer gave commands for Pedro to put his hands up. Pedro exited the vehicle and was told to get on the ground. Pedro got back up and began to walk away ignoring officers' commands to stay on the ground. Officer grabbed Pedro as he pulled away. Once handcuffed Pedro would not stand up and had to be pulled up by officers. Pedro had glossy red eyes, and the officer could smell the odor of alcoholic beverages. Pedro admitted to consuming alcohol and advised he was intoxicated. Pedro gave a failing PBT sample. After a records check it would show that Pedro was revoked from a previous DUI. Pedro had three prior convicted DUI's in the past 15 years. Officers located a vehicle that was struck on 16th and Eddy St. Witnesses advised that it was a dark car that collided with the vehicle. It was advised that it would travel west on 15th from Eddy St. Pedro Munoz was arrested for DUI .15+ 4th, Obstruct a Peace Officer, Resist Arrest, Leave Accident, Willful Reckless and Drive While Revoked from DUI.

Offender: Kaley Johnson & Mitzi Mohr

Location of Incident: 2112 Sherman Blvd
Brief Narrative: On 5/11/2025 officers responded to 2112 Sherman Blvd in reference to a disturbance. Mitzi Mohr and Kaley Johnson engaged in a mutual physical assault causing injuries to both females. After the altercation Kaley grabbed a Sawzall and proceeded towards Mitzi while making verbal threats. Kaley was placed under arrest for Terroristic Threats, Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony, and 3rd Degree Mutual Assault. Mitzi was issued a citation for 3rd Degree Mutual Assault.

Brief Narrative: Victim reported that an unknown suspect took three separate checks valued at a total of $31,800, from his mailbox at 712 N Walnut St. The victim also reported that his black Apple iPhone 11 valued at approximately $400.00 was missing from inside of his residence.

Brief Narrative: On 05/11/2025, a male reported an unknown person forced entry into his home causing damage to his front door. Upon entry the unknown person had taken medication and cash. The incident was reported to have taken place on 05/10/2025 between 2130 hours and 2235 hours.
