Brief Narrative: On 02/25/2025, a Chevy Malibu failed to signal within 100 feet prior to turning northbound on Kimball. A traffic stop was conducted on 16th and Kimball. The driver was observed and recognized as Miguel Rodriguez Benitez, from prior contacts. Miguel is known to have multiple Hall County warrants. A records check confirmed that Miguel had Hall County warrants and a suspended license with one prior conviction. Miguel was arrested for:

Brief Narrative: On 02/25/2025 a female reported a known male accessing a bank account and transferring $3,000.00 to another account without her knowledge or permission. Case is open.
