GI City Council Wraps up Busy Agenda on Tuesday

The City Council listened to  presentations on Camp Augustine, the City's response to the late June flooding event and the FY2026 proposed budget for the Heartland Events Center. They also unanimously approved (8-0) a 3-year agreement that shifts animal control responsibilities to the police department.

Prior to the regular meeting the council had a study session on the budget.
