Creighton’s McAndrew to Miss Rest of Season with Foot Injury
OMAHA, Neb. – Creighton forward Jackson McAndrew will miss the rest of the 2025-26 season with a foot injury, head coach Greg McDermott announced on Friday.
A Third Team Preseason All-BIG EAST selection in 2025-26 after setting a Creighton freshman record with 69 three-pointers last season, McAndrew was averaging 6.8 points and 4.5 rebounds while starting all four games for Creighton (3-1) this season.
“I feel so bad for Jackson, who had a terrific summer preparing for his sophomore season,” said Creighton head coach Greg McDermott. “We’ll support him throughout the rehab process and look forward to his healthy return in 2026-27.”
Creighton is back in action on Monday at the GEICO Players Era Men’s Championship, when it takes on Baylor at 1 p.m. Central on truTV in Las Vegas, Nev.
