Congressman Flood launches reelection for Nebraska's first congressional district
PAPILLION, Neb. – Congressman Mike Flood launched his 2026 reelection campaign for Nebraska’s First Congressional District on Sunday.
“From serving in the Unicameral to serving in Congress, my goal has always been to get results that help Nebraska families. That’s why I voted for the largest tax cut in American history and helped pass historic funding to secure our southern border,” Flood said.
“But our work is far from finished,” Flood continued. “I’m leading efforts to lower housing costs and advance commonsense solutions that make life more affordable for Nebraska families. With the support of Nebraskans, I’ll continue driving meaningful change in Washington and getting results for Nebraska families.”
Flood kicked off his campaign launch tour with an event today in Papillion. He will travel the First Congressional District over the coming days to share more information about the work he is doing on behalf of Nebraskans in Washington.
