Cats set for C1-8 Subdistrict Tournament at Milford

Postseason Basketball kicks off Monday on the KRGI Sports Network as the C1-8 Sub-District tournament takes place at Milford. 

The 5 Teams in the tournament are the 

#1 Seed Milford Eagles (20-1)

#2 Seed Broken Bow Indians (17-5)

#3 Seed Grand Island Central Catholic Crusaders (11-11)

#4 Seed St. Paul Wildcats (7-13)

#5 Seed Cozad Haymakers (5-18)

Tournament schedule will look like this:

Monday 2/17

Game 1 - #5 Cozad vs #4 St. Paul 6pm - Country 96

Tuesday 2/18

Game 2 - Winner of St. Paul/Cozad vs #1 Milford 5:30pm

Game 3 - #3 GICC vs #2 Broken Bow 7pm

Thursday 2/20

Game 4 - Championship 

Winner of Game 2 vs Winner of Game 3 - 6:30pm

St. Paul vs Cozad will feature 2 teams looking to keep their season alive with almost identical records the Cats come in scoring 36 points a game while Cozad averages 32. The Cats give up 46 ppg while the Haymakers allow 47.
