2025 Summer Activity Guide Now Available

Grand Island, Neb. — Nothing can help you shake off the latest winter storm better than simply thinking about summer, so the Grand Island Parks & Recreation Department is here to help.

The 2025 Summer Activity Guide is now available. You can now find out all that Parks & Recreation has in store for you this summer with just one click!   To view the guide you can visit www.giparks.com and find the guide posted underneath the “Activity Guides” menu. Paper copies will also available at the Parks & Recreation office starting April 1.

The summer guide features all you need to know about summer camps, the return of the Stolley Park Railroad, a summer park concert series and more! The dates for the ‘Grand Island Games’ are also set for late July, with registration details included in the guide.

It’s also not a summer guide without information regarding Island Oasis and Lincoln Pool. You can learn about opening day and how to sign up for swimming lessons!
