Softball: Northwest Claims Crete Tournament Championship

(Crete, NE) - The Northwest softball team went 3-0 on Saturday claiming the Crete Tournament. The Vikings are now 13-6 on the season. They will head back to Crete for the Central Conference Tournament on Thursday, September 28th. Post-season play will start with Class B Sub-Districts on Monday, October 2nd. During the tournament (Junior) Reyse Zobel hit her 23rd home run as a Viking. She surpassed former Viking Shelby Schacher as the Northwest home run leader.
